CCDS & Ubity Solutions Partner to Deliver VoIP-Based Call Center Solutions

MONTREAL—August 07, 2007 - Call Center Development Services (CCDS) and Ubity Solutions, Inc. today announced a strategic partnership that gives CCDS the ability to offer its popular Centcom call center services internationally using Ubity Solutions’ VoIP network and technologies.

With this partnership, CCDS will use Ubity Solutions’ global-reaching VoIP network and technology to offer the Centcom virtual call center service to companies around the world. CCDS’s Centcom system currently provides call center communication services to hundreds of North American organizations each day.

“Our relationship with Ubity is great because it will enable CCDS to go global. Ubity currently supports telephone services in Europe, Asia and South America, which means that we’ll be able to supply our services to those areas too,” said Sonny Bettan, President and CEO, CCDS.

The Centcom Virtual Call Center provides outbound and inbound communications services to hundreds of companies across North America. Dialing functionality includes predictive, non-predictive and preview dialing, outbound messaging with interactive voice response (IVR) and automatic call distribution (ACD).
